Our volunteers run two Friday Morning clubs on alternate Fridays where older people can enjoy themselves in a friendly atmosphere with various activities, refreshments and most of all the opportunity to meet and chat with others while feeling part of their community.
It runs on alternate Fridays from 11.00am – 1.00pm in Galway city centre.

During the year we organise several social events for the older people who avail of our services during the year.
Some of these events are also attended by our volunteers and it is a great opportunity for people to meet and socialise.
